I could not rate this team of people more highly.I returned a product to the store that was faulty. Even though the product had been discontinued they went to every length to ensure I had an equivalent product (quite specialised and unique in its function), going as far as contacting multiple supplier reps and hand delivering a replacement to my door- the same day. If that isn’t outstanding service I don’t know what is.We have been using this store for 8 years now and the strength and capability of the team is evident by the fact we continue to see the same faces all these years later.Regional managers, go and give this team a well deserved pat on the back especially your store Managers Luca and Anoushka. Outstanding.Thank you all!

We purchased SteelCraft strider stroller and found out after opening the box, surprisingly back wheels are missing. We wasted 3 hrs today by purchasing this product from this store.

My Fiancé and I went into Baby Bunting today with really no clue about anything, we were served by Luca who could not of been more helpful!He showed us the right pram to suit us and explained everything so well. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time. I would highly recommend this store and talking to Luca who really knows his stuff!

Went to Baby Bunting yesterday as there was an issue with the capsule we bought. Tammy was the worker we spoke with and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She followed up and we were able to get the issue sorted quickly which was a massive relief. Brilliant customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Their rewards program is not what I call a rewards program. Having been given a $40 rewards"

Especially for my recent purchase of a travel pram in a specific colour, they spent the time to arrange for me as I needed it that weekend. Very disappointed. I purchased an expensive car seat and was given $30 rewards but their conditions to use it changed at the start of this year. Can only use $10 for every $50, not a reward at all! Was hoping to buy some nappies with it but unfortunately no. I will not be shopping back at baby bunting anymore. Too expensive and overpriced
