Jess and her team are amazing. During a stressful move from Sydney to the Gold Coast,Jess picked up my 4 dogs and 2 cats and had boarded them at her property before delivering them to me in the Gold Coast, during this time I was super anxious due to my animals never being away from my family I was worried they’d try and escape but they didn’t! They had a ball. Regular updates of them over calls and text with photos, my dogs enjoyed a pool party (shell pool) on the hot days. While my cats enjoyed the aircon. The care for all my fur babies was amazing, can’t thank Jess, her team and her kids for making my fur babies stay and Transport comfortable.I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! ❤️

My dog was picked up from Casino NSW with the promise to deliver the next day in the afternoon. Afternoon came and went and I did not hear anything from the driver. When I was finally able to get back in contact with them about where my dog was, they told me they had driven back up to Brisbane and there would be a 2 day delay! These 2 days came and went and he was meant to be delivered by Tuesday night and I did not hear anything AT ALL until 8pm Tuesday night saying he won’t be there until Wednesday afternoon. I then said he needed to be delivered by 4pm Wednesday as by that stage the dog had been travelling for 5 DAYS. The transport company then promised a refund that has still not come into my account despite numerous reminders. I was only contacted at 0630 on Wednesday night that the dog would not be arriving tonight and they are currently still 7 HOURS AWAY!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous behaviour on behalf of the company and the owner of this company. I finally received the dog at 1pm on Thursday even though the transporter said they would be there at 6am! My dog was stressed, had fleas and was soaking wet and stunk when he arrived. There was no communication from this transport company, unethical behaviour towards myself and my dog. Also absolutely appalling that she promised me a refund and I have STILL not received this. I have also reported this to the RSPCA and would not recommend this transport company to anyone.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE- FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TRANSPORT TO DESTINATION.First time transporting our Furbabies and the entire process made myself, hubby and our Kids feel at ease knowing our pups were treated with extra love and care. absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! They LOST our cat who was PREGNANT while transporting when opening a cage for cleaning. This is a pedigree cat worth $4000!! And when agreeing to lodge an insurance claim so they can compensate for the cat they will now not answer calls/messages!! EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND MASSIVE SCAMMERS!! Do not trust your pets with these people! You will end up with lost/dead pets on the street!

Have used Rockstar Pet Transport since they started. Moved tremendous amounts of animals for me. Mostly dogs. Never had any issues. The staff are great and my animals have always been cared for. Communication was perfect. Sometimes there’s be a few delay issues but my animals always arrived safe and well. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you team.

i was so amazed to come across a pet transport company that actually still does door to door service, the quote was outstanding and the customer service was amazing, and they helped me by delivering a companion puppy to my disabled friend, and kept us in the loop the entire drive even letting the puppy sit in the front of the car as he was a little sad on the way over! Also they delivered my little miniature dachshund and the trip went well, I couldn’t ask for anything more, very beautiful people with their heart in the right spot

Having Blu delivered to my door was amazing she was very happy and not stressed at all, great company highly recommend Rockstar pet transport, only thing I thought was needed was more communication about location and ETA.

I really don’t like putting negative comments about services but in this case I feel I must.After booking Rockstar Pet Transport to bring a pair of birds down from Upper Coomera to Nambucca, I was informed I would receive them the next day around 10am. I stated that I was staying at a caravan park on holidays and would be leaving the day after, so asked if they would definitely be delivered by then as we were moving on the day after. I was assured I would. When I didn’t hear any updates to the schedule I repeatedly tried to phone to get information. No one answered. After a few attempts I received a message saying “I’ll call you back”, but the call didn’t come.I phoned a number I had been given by the seller of the birds, of a driver. When I called him he said he didn’t have my birds but he would get the organisers to call me. No call. An hour later I called him again and this time I was very irritated. He assured me he’d pass on the message and I finally got a message saying they’d be delivered at about 7.30 at night.Turns out the driver picked up my birds and instead of coming down the coast road to deliver them, he went back to Sydney inland! So my poor birds had to travel for over 24 hrs from Queensland to Sydney and back to Nambucca.And delivery wasn’t 7.30pm. I finally received my precious birds at 11.41pm.Truly not good enough!

I transported a dog from vic to nsw recently with rockstar transport. Not only did I get multiple updates and photos throughout the journey but my puppy was so happy when he arrived! They had even given him a toy to play with and keep. Very reasonably priced and friendly service. Will definitely be using them again (:
