My favourite pet store, has been for years. Huge place, good value products and amazing staff. Always welcoming and they always ask about my dog. Full of animal lovers, just what you want from a pet store.

They also have highest level affordable Puppy Training and the biggest selection of dog leads and harnesses you could imagine and quality dog beds. But the most important thing is the first class service I received from the staff they know their products well each individual has their own special expertise in different areas. I went in for cat food and kitty litter and asked for advice for my very fussy cat. Mark was very friendly and helpful and also gave me a couple of free samples for my cat to try. I've never received any free samples from other places. It was a great pleasure to buy from Pet O Thank you so much.

Greg at the Brookvale store's service was exceptional. Not only did he help me the first time, but when I returned to the store he asked after my sick dog. Very impressive.
