For folks with no discipline like myself, Belmont F45 is great, the coaches are extremely motivational and constantly push you to do more than you think you can. Every session is short, intense and i definitely leave each session with muscle aches, drained of energy and yet oddly satisfied with the work out. It’s a very complicated love-hate relationship, yet I keep going back…

I have signed up to and attended a few gyms in my time but admit I reluctantly tried F45 after not finding my niche in the “fitness world”. From the moment I set foot in F45 Belmont, I knew I’d found my “home” gym. They are friendly, accepting, genuinely cater for everyone from novice to super athlete but make everyone feel like the latter. It’s a safe space. Super fun. Super clean. Super welcoming.

F45 Belmomt is like no other. The club owner, the coaches and the members are incredible. The community is so inclusive and encouraging, no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. This is a club that's genuinely interested in getting to know you, understand your goals and really support you to achieve them. The Vibe is incredible and it's helped me fall in love with getting fit and challenging myself, I've reached millstones i never thought I'd reach!! . Theyre always there to help you reach your goals and support you not only physically but mentally. ...You won't regret trying this club..

Arghhh. Where to even begin. F45 Belmont is an amazing gym/community to be a part of. Not only do they push you to almost death during workouts, they also care about you. Feel incredibly proud to be part of the community. The coaches are amazing and the Members are welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better gym.

Excellent gym and really personal team.The staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome, and the workouts they put us through were fun, challenging and really worked up a sweat!The equipment was all new and well maintained, and the facilities are good too.Well worth going to for a group fitness session that is more fun and engaging than your average gym.

I'd been feeling bored and unmotivated with my workouts for a while and wanted to try something that was challenging, yet fun, and could support me in various levels of my fitness. Well I found it. F45 Belmont has such an inclusive and genuinely lovely team of trainers and members. The owner is the nicest person you'll ever meet! I look forward to each class and the time goes by so fast! Before you know it you've done a 45 minute workout and you feel incredible for it.
