Michael is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with.short lazy answers instead of just giving the information requiredMy enquiry had nothing to do with replacement parts. I wanted to buy a brand new bar but went elsewhere for better service

Very disappointed in this company, over 8 weeks ago I order a bull bar through a dealer who checked on delivery which was to be by the 14th of Sept. making it a 10 week delivery so I paid a $500 deposit. Luckily I checked with the dealer one week early who found out to his horror that the bar wouldn't be ready until the 22nd of October. There had been no updates from ECB, it just shows that this company can't be trusted when dealing with them and I will get my bull bar from else where.

I have had nothing but problems with my lights since I go my bullbar now 4 months later the parker light supplied with the bullbar died not worth my money or time will never get another ECB Bullbar again

Bad service, poor after-purchase customer care. Their bull bars are compliant with legislation, although their way of going about their business is poor.

Excellent customer service, had a small part of my bullbar snap (plastic part) sent an email and heard back almost immediately. Just asked me for what part and model it was and sent me a new part free of charge. Love that they are putting the customer first!

Can’t speak highly enough of the people at ECB. They replaced my broken spotlight bracket with 2 new heavier duty ones, on my 7 year old bar, for free.Where else do you get treated like that?

Would absolutely recommend this business! If you are looking for a business, which is not chasing profit and puts your safety first, don’t look any further. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.I had a traumatic experience hitting a kangaroo on the highway and surprisingly only the lights on my bullbar (which definitely saved my car and probably my life) got damaged. Other mechanics wanted to charge me way to much to replace them, ECB bullbar did it without any fuss. I usually don’t leave any recommendation but I’m beyond grateful for the experience.

Some of my original mounting brackets had started to get quite old and they were looking very aged. I didn't want to risk having them on for any longer, so I contacted ECB to order a new mounting kit. I was happy to purchase a whole kit if they didn't want to supply me with individual parts, but sadly I was met with very blunt answers and rudeness from some of the staff. They told me to reach out to ECB retailers, which ended up telling me that ECB are ultimately in charge of what gets ordered and sold by them. After a lot of back and forward drama, I ended up finding out that ECB are refusing to sell mounting kits for ALL of their products. It appears that you get one mounting kit when you buy the product and that this is all you get. In order to get a new mounting kit - they require you to purchase a completely new bar - which is utterly insane as they are upward of $900 - $2000. So, you get only one mounting kit, and if that gets old, you are stuck with it. It seems that your bar is only as good as your mounting brackets last. When your mounting brackets get old, your bar is as good as rubbish because ECB refuse to even provide you with dimensions for the mounting brackets. Even if you want to go to a fabricator and spend more money and time to get a new kit fabricated, you can't do that because ECB will tell you that they can't give out information regarding the cut-out size and exact dimensions of the brackets. It appears that they have set up a money trap in which you are forced to spend more and more money on them to get what you want. Very unprofessional!

Very poor customer service. From the beginning, Michael Gregson from ECB was very dismissive and rude when I asked them to purchase a certain ECB product. I had to continuously email them with questions that came off the back of their short and quick responses. They could have simply given me a nice detailed response and directed me where I could get the product I was looking for, but Michael decided to string out the issue by taking a relatively long time to respond in-between emails with very short and lazy answers - if you can even call them answers. I don't recommend doing business with this organisation because if you ever need to communicate with them, you will likely experience very poor customer service. Thank you.

Very unhelpful, contacted previously to get some fittings for my 2nd hand ECB nudge bar I had bought for my vehicle only to be told that they will not supply fittings without buying another bar. I made up my own in the end but would not recommend this brand/company to anyone.
