I take my pizza very seriously and based on this experience so does 'Maybe Frank'. We ordered the Prosciutto Pizza, the colour and spotting on the pizza was perfect. The dough is lovely and soft which is very easy to eat and it had fantastic air bubbles in the crust. It's in my top 3 Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had. We also ordered the arancini as an entree which were excellent. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Came by for a cheeky Thursday date night. We left knowing that we'll come back again many more times. Great food, friendly service and amazing cocktails that go down way too easily! We'll worth a visit if you're in the mood for Italian.

Fantastic pizza.Amazing atmosphere.A must visit for pizza lovers.Moretti on tap and all you can eat on Wednesday nights.I have been here many times and it is always delicious.I recommend you book ahead as it can get quite busy.

Lovely industrial, art studio vibe. Love that the negronis are served with an olive. We came here for happy hour then dinner on a Saturday. 1.5hr seating. Definitely order early, wait on cocktails and food can be ~15mins if its busy! They have gluten free options for pizza. Loved the truffle pizza super fragrant and sexy, wish there was a more even spread of toppings, some slices had barely any. Their slicing can be more firm, we had to cut ourselves at the table. Beautiful crust on the regular pizzas, chewy but not too dense crust, nice leoparding char but base can do with a bit more heat/structure. Diablo is a moderate spicy, a spice that hits you immediately and stays. Friendly staff, though some are specifically bar staff vs some are wait staff which was a bit confusing. Prices are on the higher end. Worth returning on their Wednesday all you can eat. $16 for a green salad no cheese is a bit of a stretch!

It's one of the better options in the area. The cocktails are the highlight here. They have a good selection and a good happy hour. The Eucalyptus Gimlet is my favourite. The food is ok... am I the only one who doesn't like it when the pizza bases are soggy? This seems like an easy fix but the pizzas are always wet. Ew.Last time I was there the guy on the door was clearly annoyed that we arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation... The restaurant wasn't full and they didn't have the table ready. When we asked if we could please, please sit at the empty seats at the bar for 5 minutes and spend our money buying a drink while we waited, he begrudgingly agreed. *Eye roll*.

Awesome vibes, chill and friendly staff, good food and good location. Sister shop to the world famous Maybe Sammy with all of their signature cocktails available. Will be back!

Amazing pizza! One of the best Margharita Pizzas I've ever had. This restaurant is super busy. If you're not visiting on a weekday, you really should make reservations. We had to wait 30 min for a table for two people. It's also very noisy inside - just because of having lots of people talking at the same time. So during peak times, it's hard to have a conversation inside. We'll book a table outside next time we visit. The staff is nice and attentive. We recommend them!
