Our dog Juno has been a regulat at Doggy Daycare for the last two years. She loves it and we love Kelly and the team at Fernleigh Road for looking after her. A great, family-run business.

Recently moved to the area and boarded my dog while I dealt with moving into my house. Very easy process for drop off/pick up. The employees are friendly and easy to talk with and you can tell they enjoy their job. Could tell my girl enjoyed her time there. Will definitely be a regular.

Not professional staff on drop off or pick up.The admission form was filled in prior to drop off but I had to refill the form when our dog was dropped off for no reason.Dog kennels didn’t look pleasant - more like cages at back.You have 30 minutes to pick your dog up on Sunday afternoon.Pick up times aren’t flexible what so ever - even to 8 minutes past their trading hours - even if they are notified in advance in an unforeseen situation of traffic. Poor customer service as being rude over the phone to me when I communicated the delay.I would assume most customers would be driving from out of town to place their dog in a kennel - things can easily change in such a strict time.Only positive was that it was cost effective. Would not recommend. Each experience is different but I haven’t written a review in years for anything but I had to.

Had to put my dog in last minute over christmas for an unkown amount of time. Very accomodating, managed to squeeze her in fortunately. Have always used them to look after my dog over the years and have been extremely happy with the service everytime.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years now and I can’t fault them. The dogs (2 sausages and a grey hound) are always so happy when I drop them off and pick them up! They looked after my bird this year and he was all smiles! Thanks ladies!

My boys love Fernleigh Rd Kennels, they jump straight out of the car , through the door and nearly break the door down to get to their buddies for play time. Very comfortable leaving them when I am away, and tails always wagging when I pick them up.

Wonderful facility offering short or long term stays as well as Day care, plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible with assistance. The cleanest kennels I have come across in town, there are others but don't waste your time if it's Quality your looking for it is here, Food is provided at this establishment or bring your own, Hydrobath available if requested, staff are friendly and willing to assist with concerns, fees are reasonable, definitely worth visiting here for your fur baby ~ if safety, cleanliness and love is what your looking for.

Extremely friendly staff. I love having my dog picked up for daycare and knowing she is going to enjoy her time there. Would definitely recommend Fernleigh Road for both doggie daycare and boarding.
