Northam Recreation Centre

Great slides for the kids. Wasn't overly busy. Lots of shade and chairs to sit and relax. Clean and well kept pools.

This place!Country towns really are stepping up their game nowadays. LolBorn and raised in the country I didn't have this lolWe were happy when we got plumbing lmao ok I'm not that old.But in my recent travels I have come across a lot of towns, well, being really accommodating.And as a country person at heart, this was always a bit of a challenge to do, Towns are either progressing forward, or are unable to.And the city folk were always a welcome change from the same faces and same conversations, kinda.But back then asked more than a town could deliver.But then you find places like the rec centre in Northam.We love it.Honestly I know where my kid is at if he ain't where he should be lolWell Done Northam what a great attraction.

What a cracking facility! Would've given 5 stars except the cafe on site doesn't do a lot - could benefit from a coffee machine and some hot chips! That said McDonald's is almost next door so you can pop out and bring in from there - not ideal though! Great pool, very bright and modern. Enjoyed a swim meet with our club up from Perth. Changing rooms are great and I would struggle to find fault!

Northam Elevate Australian Hot air balloon festival was fun great event for families

The slides were scary yet fun, and so close to the town heart. Everyone their was doing good to, with the lifeguards being very protective.

Very huge place and is modern! Have 3 indoor basketball courts. It is also right next to MacDonalds and a petrol station, very convenient. We had our Scouts sleepover and it was fantastic!

We have only been to the new pool area.The pools are really good and the slides are great. There's male, female and unisex changing areas which is cool.. I just wish the canteen served hot chips and gravy.They should also reprint or re think their pamphlets, perhaps print booklets with more information like slide times, age limits, and whether the pool is open all year or only in certain months.

Great photos to be had. Music was great. The 35 minute wait standing in a queue for ANYTHING to eat was NOT great! I'll bring my own dinner next year or maybe not bother to go.

Spent the day here with the kids. Facilities are great with free security lockers. The slides here were a hit with the family. Will definitely be making a trip out here again
