Scott and his team at VIPAccess did an amazing job with the bathroom renovation for my special-needs son. Every (and I mean *every*) tradesman was on site when they said they would be, was polite ... and understanding when I was grumpy (my fault, I apologised!). If you are having work done under NDIS, get Scott to do it!

The VIP Access Team are worth their weight in gold. Going through the most traumatizing time in our lives, Scott, Ryan, Junior, Jackson, Alana and Melissa made the process of making our home accessible an easy one. They took care of everything from start to finish, even witnessing tears on occasion. They provide a service, second to none, and whilst all businesses make money, in my opinion it is their heart that make the whole experience 10/10. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us change lives.

Yesterday I had Jackson from VIP Access install a wheelchair friendly ramp at my front door, he was prompt, polite and professional. The end job is top quality, and unlike so many others, he cleaned up afterwards. I will not hesitate to recommend VIP Access to others and will definitely be using them for further modifications/

I just had my ensuite renovated to suit wheelchair access. (I was worried it would look like a disabled bathroom.) Scott, Ryan and their team did a beautiful renovation with feature tiles in the 2 added recessed areas with led strip lighting and mirrored vanities across the length of the wall. Many people comment it looks stunning and is like something from The Block (which would horrify Scott). No request was too much trouble and all the trades were very professional.

As an Occupational Therapist working with people with disabilities it is important to trust the people you as a therapist bring into their lives. Scott and the team at VIP Access are the right people for any home modification job. Their professionalism and care for their clients is unrivalled in this area. They do the job well and with understanding and the results speak for themselves with happy clients and beautiful home modifications that enable independence, without compromising on aesthetics. I really can't sing their praises enough. Scott lives by code of integrity and honesty and he is someone you can trust.
