Our team of polished concrete technicians at OzGrind completed a reasonably large project for Ingrams Fitouts 8 weeks ago, and after copious amounts of follow ups via email & phone call, we have not been able to reach anybody or get a response from them about the outstanding amount due. Initially, they supplied us a PO number - and after researching the company, we agreed to the terms of their PO as they looked like a reputable company. However, as of now we have had zero response from anyone within their accounts office and are appalled by their lack of communication. The amount owing from them is substantial and our concerns that they are not going to pay us are growing by the day. Do not do work for these guys if you expect to be paid on time!Director - OzGrind Polished Concrete
