We found Sandra to be extremely professional and necessarily persistent. Sandra organised the conveyancing on a property purchased on a perpetual lease on Lord Howe Island that took over 6 months to finalise. She went out of her way to research the specifics of the unique requirements and restrictions of property transfers on this particular location. The bank and vendors were being difficult and there were a lot of unforeseen obstacles but Sandra took them in her stride. We would definitely use Glenbrook legal services again and recommend them to anyone in need.

If I could give zero to half a star I would.The receptionist was lovely. I just spoke to Sandra Morey regarding my mothers estate and lack of communication with the executor. Big mistake in thinking she would care. She honestly needs to practice compassion. I wish I hadn’t called. I feel worse after speaking with her as it’s been a difficult time overall. She actually questioned me as to why I think Jenny (middle sister) would be a bully. I would not recommend this woman unless you need an accountant, no offence to accountants.On their website they state;We DO:• Listen to you• Value relationships• Deliver quality legal services, and• Offer convenience, with multiple locations and after-hours consultation by appointment.What a joke. I’m so glad I didn’t meet her in person.

Very cosy for a business of a more serious nature. Sandra Morey is nice, reception and other staff are pleasant too. I have no idea how their pricing fares but they do a good job. Lovely office too!

Poor phone manner. Made incorrect assumptions about qualities of someone she has had little to do with. In it for the money.
