Great little shop, extremely fast repairs.. I had my phone repaired and in my hand before I had even finished having a look at their accessories..I highly recommend having any and all repairs done here.. 5 Stars *****

Disorganised, expensive and low quality. Got a simple soldering job that took several weeks longer than quoted. Half the wires are snapped, one didnt stick to the pcb and a crucial component was melted. They didnt ring me, i constantly rang them only to be told they didnt have any' free time' to do it. There are plenty of places offering the same service; I recommend using one of them.

Staff could benefit from lessons in customer service. Both on the phone and in store experiences left me feeling like I was talking to robots. However, workmanship was satisfactory on my cracked phone screen.

Installed a cheap touch screen on my iPhone 6s(3 months ago), they said my LCD was cracked when there was nothing visible, didn't fix under warranty and offered to fix it for an extra $190. Extremely furious

I kept going to them for the same issue (hard drive) with an older laptop. I poured money into repairing (bought new hard drive, new keyboard -that still does not work properly) more than it was worth it. They used to let me know how much the cost was -before starting to work on it! That was until yesterday when they said the repairing was within the warranty but then they charged us $110 for the labour!! That is a rip-off! I don't think there will be a next time for me, in this shop. It might be cheaper than others but if you must come back again and again and be charged again and again, then it makes no sense!

Fixed and iPhone with cracked screen and a very broken iPad for us. Fixed the phone within an hour and the iPad within a few hours. Excellent result and cheapest prices around! Highly recommend these guys.

they do a great job at fixing items very quickly but I feel like the quality or the parts that are used are very cheap and only last for a short time of period and i have to keep changing my laptop battery every 1 year. Couple things i have to say is that the building is very small and their service is mediocre. But overall they do the job swiftly but they need to work on their communication skills with their customers. I would not recommend this buisness to friends or family and if you want to get ripped off go there when the employees are running the shop. The owner tho is very nice and does great deals if he is there but the employees need a lot of work and training about customer service and when i ask for the owner/manager one of the employees lied because i saw him and I don't appreciate him lying. If the owner see this please have a meeting with your staff asap with all the tips I gave you. Thank you

They did a great job at replacing my broken HDMI port, but they made a mistake with the thermal paste. But they replaced it for free! Shows how reliable these guys are. Definitely recommend choosing them for fixing PS4 problems.
