Tried booking in for a cover up with Tank one of the artists, he told me he'd be able to help me, then booked me in for a consultation. When it came to the consultation we went through some ideas and i left the shop feeling confident and excited that I was getting a tattoo I hated finally fixed. Unfortunately I never heard from him after he told me he'd send me some designs in about a week to then book the tattoo appointment - I waiting over a month because I know how busy these business' can get. I called up and spoke to the apprentice that works at the front desk to speak to Tank for an update on what was happening, she took a message and said he'd call me the next day - that also never happened. Quite disappointed that after researching and reading so many 5 star reviews on this place I was completely blown off. I would have rather him be honest and tell me he couldn't do it than make me wait 2 months for something I could have gotten done by another artist by now. Poor communication and very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place & funny that I should have listened to my friend who initially told me to avoid these jerk offs.

Awesome studio. Everyone is really nice and it's a really good environment to get tattoed in. I've had 3 pieces done by Kyle now with some more time booked in - he's a really tallented artist and sound guy.Cheers!

Such amazing artists, there new shop is such an awesome environment. Very clean and hygienic. You are able to talk and have a laugh with your artist and talk to them like you've known them for years!

Brilliant place to get tattooed... Kyle has done three tattoos for me so far and he is one talented guy... from collaborating with you about the design to the placement to the actual tattooing... I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be back for more.
