Picked up suits for myself and a wedding party here. Dean was super patient and helpful throughout the process despite a few twists and turns with international groomsmen. The suit itself (Robertson) is such an excellent modern wedding look. Really happy with the whole experience, thanks Dean and team!

My wife and son turned up today to buy a suit for him.The staff completely ignored both of them from the moment they walked in. The staff did not even look up.My Wife and son gave up. They went on and bought a good suit elsewhere.

It’s a shame that this only goes up to 5 stars because Justin and the Macquarie team deserve a 6 stars. He helped me and my three groomsmen pick out our wedding suits and got us fitted back at the end of 2019. Unfortunately due to covid the wedding was postponed a couple of times but he was more than happy to help us out get some new sizes and re-tailored all within a short window.Very happy with Justin’s customer service, professionalism and all round general manner. We eventually had our wedding and the suit fit like an absolute dream. I will without a doubt be getting all my future suits from this store and through Justin.

Store and the collections was great. But I have to comment on their very poor Customer service. They served us and all, but was very robotic. Didn't feel any warmth from them. Coldest customer service ever. MJ BALE service at myer was way better.

I shopped for my Wedding suit and groomsmen suits at MJ Bale Macquarie. Justin ensured that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make our day special and we ended up with some amazing looking suits. Would highly recommend asking for Justin's assistance in store, he was great.

Justine you are wonderful. Went to buy a suit trusted his judgement. He nailed it thank you Mj Bale you have an inhouse stylist. Suit, tie, shirt, pocket scarf and tie clips fully decked out. Will be coming back.

Could not recommend more highly for customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my somewhat difficult needs were met for my wedding. They did this in a very efficient way, all while keeping a smile on their face and making out it was no trouble at all (which I know it was).
