10% of the new seam had the white internal filling sticking out on the outside of the jacket. The nice girl on the desk took it through the back & a frustrated lady appeared & said something in a raised voice & in a language I didn't understand which the nice girl translated as It's fine

A few years ago you could get very good quality hemming, friendly service and good prices here. Since this year the prices went strongly up, management changed, and quality went down. Something I had been getting done here regularly is now a challenge and I got it back with a very uneven hem line to a point that I can't wear it in a professional context. Very disappointed, not coming back again, and now on the search for a new place in Manly :(

I used to use Dragon Clothing to repair my horse riding kit but all of a sudden they refused to repair my job and gave no rational reason. Very disappointed will never use them again.

Asked for a floor length dress to be taken up to ankle length. Received the dress back and it had been taken up about 1cm - unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to have it re hemmed as I needed it the next day. For this and adding a button to the bust I was charged $65.Not worth the money / hassle - if you do go take a photo of the alterations you agree on during your first appointment.

I took two expensive work dresses to have the arms shortened and both sleeves were returned unequal lengths, and poorly hemmed. Stitching was really poorly done and cuffs left puffy. I had to take them both to another place, and unfortunately would not return for any alterations here again.
