Do not recommend their service is ridiculous none answers the phone no one rings you back and the patient is not the focus of their work. They are always trying to cut their services and money.

Very nice carers work at Jewish Care. My Grandad is the oldest person on level 3 house 4 and I can tell he appreciates all the love and care he is being provided ❤

I had the worst experience trying to receive services from this place, I spoke to a Stephanie Brauer who was very horrible. If you’re trying to get services from this organisation, don’t even bother.

I work as a gardener for an age care company that that sources out to Jewish care to do their clients gardening. Have had many complaints about how poor and unorganized they are. Just went to a clients house to find out by the daughter that her mother has already passed away, she has told Jewish care twice now and someone has even come out to check. Come on guys, need to start communicating better and being more organised.Absolutely disgraceful!Poor lady is already having an extremely tough time, just putting salt on the wound.

I'm not an Aus citizen, got relocated here by family. Ended up trapped in an abusive living environment, unable to care for myself due to severe mental health problems. Tried to reach out to Jewish Care for some kind of help. They didn't even bother to reply to me. Now my health is ruined because I never got out of home and have been subjected to years of unnecessary trauma. Thanks a lot, JC!
