Formation and Miss Shona is the best dance school I have ever been to. Miss Shona’s care for her students is second to none.My sister unfortunately suffered from a bad anxiety attack last year at a competition and Shona was right by her side the entire time.She is not only the worlds best teacher but an incredible friend to every single one of her students. We love her immensely ❤️

What an amazing dance school. Shona and her crew are a wonderful, talented and professional team who have been teaching my children to dance for all over 2 years now. Formation Dance Training is an incredible studio run by an amazing team. I have been around the dance world most of my life and as an ex dancer and teacher myself, I can honestly say this studio doesn’t just train students to be the best dancers they can be, they also teach their students compassion, loyalty and strength. It’s not just a dance school, it’s a family. Could not recommend this studio enough.

Formation Dance Training is a fabulous dance school, the Teachers are highly qualified and caring. They offer an encouraging environment to nurture dancers from a young age. I am super impressed with the high quality technical training my child has received since dancing with Shona. Could not be more happy.

My daughters have been with Formation since 2018 and I would not hesitate to recommend.Miss Shona has been nothing but supportive of my daughter’s recent health concerns and looking after her mental well-being. Shona is inclusive in every aspect of the word and teaches her students that dance is all about the joy, the passion and commitment to the art form. My daughter has really benefited from the friendship and support of her team mates.The teachers at Formation are highly qualified - either holding Bachelors qualifications in Dance, or working professional dancers.

Formation Dance Training
Formation is our first experience in the world of dance schools. Shona and her teachers are absolutely wonderful and inclusive. This behaviour is filtered down to the kids which is lovely to see. My daughter is thriving here and getting ready to do her first competition.As a new mum to dance, I was nervous about meeting the other parents but everyone has been so welcoming and helpful.Would recommend to anyone looking for a dance school.

Formation Dance Training
I have worked alongside Shona and been trained by her. She is truly a professional and her studio has the most supportive and caring atmosphere. It is such a wonderful feeling to be a part of the Formation Fam! Her choreography is outstanding and she is so clearly dedicated to each and every one of her students. I would recommend to anyone and cannot wait until my own child is old enough to start dancing with Shona.

Formation Dance Training
I joined Formation this year after dancing at a studio for 9 years. Formation was definitely the right choice for me. Miss shona has already taught me so much and i have formed friendships with members of my team. All teachers at formation are highly trained and have helped me take my dancing to a higher level. I am so grateful for the opportunities i have already received and cant wait for more in the future.
