I purchased a CPAP machine,Paid cash ,and was told at the time, that I would receive a new mask and cleansing wipes every year. When I phoned one year after purchase to enquire when these would arrive, I was informed that only clients who purchased the machines on an instalment basis receive these items.If I was not given this information in the first place about the mask and the wipes, did I just imagine it ? My advise to people that are assessed as needing one of these machines, to purchase from another company who don’t promise fake sales gimmicks
