Jim was brilliant and slotted us in to fix our van fridge while we were in Carnarvon. After having issues for a couple of months and not being able to get anyone to look at it as we made our way down the coast we are very appreciative of Jim’s assistance and prompt service.

Rang in advance before we arrived at Carnarvon to get our Waeco fridge looked at in our Caravan. Waited 3 days and rang twice more, said they would call and make a time. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Really disappointed in them. Left Carnarvon and will look for someone in Geraldton who can hopefully help us.

We had a problem with our Waeco fridge freezer while we were travelling in our caravan. These people were so helpful and did their best to fix our problem knowing that we had to travel on. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We had van air conditioning issues, and as my wife has shingles, they very promptly send Yvette out and she was excellent in sorting out the problem.
