Got the roadworthy for my new car done and wow can’t believe how good the customer service was. They treated me like I’m one of their regular customers even when it was my first time there. Needed new tyres but they helped me find that as well and with very reasonable price.Glad I was recommended here. Highly recommend everyone to go here

I had an issue with my volkswagen convertible. The engine light was popping up and overall started to feel very rough when driving it. I took it to these guys and Frank was very honest and professional. He gave me a good price and fixed my car completely. Would definetely recommend these guys

Window regulator had failed with window stuck down. Obviously desperate to get it sorted before Christmas, the team at Automotive Instincs, although already busy and with no notice, were able to quickly sort it out for me. Really appreciate the help and service everyone. Thanks again!

Perfect experience with these guys for getting my car fixed.I was after a mechanic that could diagnose a strange noise happening with my air conditioning system. Made a booking for a week in advance and dropped the car off, They diagnosed the issue within the day and called to inform me in detail what the issue was and how they can fix it with a cost.In terms of pricing I believe it was very fair for what needed to be done but i'm not an expert on the pricing on this sort of stuff. All that matters was for the parts needed and then a rough labor cost for installation and the original diagnosis I thought it was good.It was all fixed the next day when they said it would be done and very happy with the work and level of explanation I got on the issue both after diagnosis and when picking up my car.Their location is also pretty convenient with a bus stop close by and a short walk from cafes and restaurants on high street if your after a breakfast or lunch after dropping off your car.I would not hesitate to use these guys in future, and if I lived closer they would be a great option for regular log book servicing.

I've been bringing my old SUV to Frank for many many years. Yes, because he knows cars but the other reason I drive across town is because I believe Frank to be honest and straightforward. He tells me what's essential, what I need next time and what to just keep an eye on.
