Astone For Hair

I have tried several hairdressers over the years and I rate Astone the best for blondes. I have had 3 different hair dressers: Christine, Rochelle and Jen who have all exceeded my expectations with my colour. Jen did an amazing job, giving me a vibrant blonde while respecting my request to keep it lower maintenance and natural. The junior apprentices are all lovely. Thank you Astone for being a salon I can count on, I’ll be back soon!

Had a lovely experience today getting my hair washed & cut! Was nervous as I decided to try something new with my hair, super thankful to Jackie who was so nice & talked me through each step! So happy with the results :)

If I could leave 0 stars I would :(Sadly the stylist didn’t know what she was doing. Originally I wanted balayage and the first try it was basically just grey highlights because it was over toned. The second try looked horrendous and uneven. I saw her taking larger and uneven sections while processing my hair which is most likely why it turned out so uneven in colour. It wasn’t until I got home I saw it wasn’t even blended. When I told the stylist and owner I didn’t like it they kept arguing with me that it looked good and that it wasn’t even. I had blonde spots, yellow spots, brown patches and harsh lines.I could hear the panic in the stylists voice because she knew she messed up but she basically tried to blame my virgin hair. She was kind, but sadly she should not be allowed to do balayage.My hair was virgin and it took me 3 years to grow out.Their excuse was that virgin hair doesn’t lift evenly but was never told before we started, which would have altered my decision to touch my hair in the first place. I’ve been told by many stylists that virgin hair should generally lift very well and evenly.After saying I didn’t like it, I was stared at by every employee and ended up paying and rushing to the public toilets to cry my eyes out.It cost me $400 to fix at a different salon as well as 6 hours and 2 stylists.I was refunded but that’s a given seeing as they botched my hair. I didn’t leave the house until I was able to fix it because it was so horrendous.The photos below are the pictures my stylist took 2 days after I originally got it done. She even got a mirror at the back of my head to show me the harsh lines. Mane republic Joondalup fixed it for me

This is the first salon I have trusted with my hairI have been to them many of times for my tape in, they are absolutely amazing, amazing service and they have made my hair the healthiest it has ever beenI definitely recommend them they are an amazing group of ladiesNever a bad experience, they always make sure you are happy with your service, if you need anything at all.I think a busy salon obviously means amazing service and that it definitely is.

5 stars for my hair artist Jess, I came in with damaged black box dyed hair today and she managed to get me to my desired colour I had asked for which was light brown, her consultation was really good and told me my possible outcomes as well as a quote before we started. I also enjoyed our chats, It was my first time out since having a baby and she made me feel very comfortable. She took a lot of care with my hair and obviously knew what she was doing it looks and feels amazing.

Very disappointed with the service received.I took my daughter (14 y.o.) there to get her split ends trimmed. When we called they advised us that they were very busy but they would squeeze us in.Upon arrival, we noticed one other customer in there. My daughter's trim took 7-10 minutes, and no other customers came in at this time.After the dry trim, they charged me $58 dollars (which I didn't pay attention to at the time). On their website it states children's cuts from $26. We had been there two or three times prior for actual haircuts, including shampoos & treatments, and were satisfied with the service and pricing.When I called to ask about it, 'Karen' said she will look into it but did not take my number or offer to call me back. I had to ask her if I should call back before being advised that I could call them back in a couple of days.Look, I know enough to expect to pay exorbitant prices for a ladies/girls cut compared to a guys, but this is a bit much. Add to that the indifferent after care" when I brought up a legitimate gripe

I recently had the pleasure of visiting astone hair salon for a hair appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff and felt immediately at ease in the salon's comfortable and inviting atmosphere.This is not my first time visiting, however all hairdressers are incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to my needs and preferences before starting. I appreciate the thoughtful suggestions on what would best suit my face shape and lifestyle, and I felt confident in their expertise throughout the entire process.The end result was stunning - my hair looked healthy, shiny, and beautifully styled. I received many compliments on my new style, and I felt like a whole new person leaving the salon.Overall, I cannot recommend this salon enough. This is a team of talented professionals who truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to create a positive and pampering experience. I look forward to my next appointment and know that I will always leave feeling happy and gorgeous. Not to mention even when in a rush, I have 2 working on me at once.Great boss and environment to be in. Tha kyou all
