Helping Hands Mission Op Shops | Supporting Victorian families in need. We provide food and material aid and run five op shops across Melbourne's north west suburbs. Shop at our op shops and help raise funds to support local families. Famous for our $2 clothing and friendly volunteers.

AVOID if you dislike rudeness- the op shop itself is lovely but some of the staff are terribly rude (coming from an ex volunteer) and the manager doesn’t care at all- including being bullied and gossip. . The op shop is solely good as the profits go into the community and work for the doll members work here. Great. But again. There is too much rudeness from some of the older staff.

The service is independent, didn’t have anything I need but there’s no Change rooms, the men’s toilets are disgusting so don’t consider buying clothes that don’t show what size unless you byo shirt, same with pants. This is the one of 2 op shops are within 25km from the Bakehouse across the road! It’s a good place to donate stuff!
