my partner and i went for a 40 minute back and shoulder massage. we walked out feeling worse than what we were before the massage. we both asked multiple times for them to go softer which didn’t happen. i feel ripped off! waste of money!we will never go back there again. i actually have bruises from how hard the lady went.highly do not recommend!

I tried shens for the first in joondalup and was very impressed. The staff were really friendly and experienced. I had the full body massage, it was relaxing and there was no hurry. The place was clean and tidy. I’ll be going back on a regular basis. Very happy with the service

I came in with severe tension as im insanely stressed out at the moment, I had my first massage in years and the staff at shens were so kind empathetic and experienced to the point where I just walked in and they were so worried for me and my current discomfort and I walked out a new person. They did everything and more for me and im so appreciative, ill be back next week

the worst massage I had in my life. I told them I have a lower back pain and it is not solved at all. While she was trying to relax my back and she also putted another hand on my neck, which I felt I can't breathe and then come with a neck pain. Very poor service. Not recommended at all!@
