Parkside Towbars

Had a break controller and Anderson plug installed also clear view next gen tow mirrors installed. Was not happy with the installation, took the car back, and they were very opolajetic and rectified the problems the same day. I am very pleased with the workmanship now, a few days later, I found a problem with the puddle light not working on the driver's side mirror, I fixed it myself they just forgot to plug in the extra wire for it so all good now.

What a horrible experience. I got a bull bar fitted that cost me $2640 which is damaged and now they won’t replace it but “ at a show of good faith” as stated by Chris they will repair it which will never look the same. Not only that but I ordered the orange protection plate and instead I got a black plate fitted. There’s a reason why they are cheaper, as they say you get what you pay for. I had rung around to get a towbar sorted for my car and not had much luck due to make and year of manufacture.However i email the team at Parkside, got a straight quote and booked it in.Dropped off first thing and was given a lift to the shops to kill a few hours, the job wasnt straightforward and took a while longer, no problems i got a call. Great service great staff.

All the way from my initial enquiry to driving out of the shop the service was exceptional.Fantastic staff who really know their stuff, Beautifully presented building, very clean and fresh showroom. Everyone looked after me like I was driving an exotic sports car.Super friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the whole installation process which was extremely tidy work. Not to mention very reasonable prices. I'm very very happy with the results.I will be recommending Parkside at Rockingham to anyone and everyone I come across from now on.

Chris and Sara were exceptional.Chris quoted me last week for a electrical changeover on my towing setup and was able to to the job reasonably promptly.Sarah used her own car to drop me into the Rockingham foreshore while I waited for the work to be completed.Top Shelf! I recommend Parkside they'll look after you with good old fashioned service.
