Mower World

I was in the area today so I thought I would try my luck to see if they could fix my plate compactor, Jackpot!!! The man I spoke to was super helpful and knowledgeable, he fixed my compactor straight away with no hesitation. I also took note of the other team members and the way they were dealing with the customers, all super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. Awesome stuff Armadale Mower World!!

Really happy to recommend these guys. Craig and Andrew are very helpful. They have recommended the right bit of equipment every time I have asked for advice and importantly back up the sale with excellent after sales service.

Well, I cant say that I am very satisfied with the after-sales support with this place.I submitted my mower to Armadale Mower World on the 3rd of November for a warranty claim as its self-propulsion would no longer function. I requested an update from Armadale Mower World on the 29th and 30th of November in regards to my mower, and they informed me both times that they were just waiting for either a yes or no from the manufacturer before they can proceed with this job. On the afternoon of the 30th of November, I messaged the manufacturer directly to ask how much longer might we be looking at for this, to which I was told by the manufacturer on the 1st of December at 3:49PM that Armadale Mower World first contacted them about this 30 minutes ago.I then had to explain to the manufacturer what the fault was as Armadale Mower World provided them with an incorrect fault description. The manufacturer had no idea that the self-propulsion on this mower would not function until I told them.For the record, the manufacturer informed me afterwards that the issues with my mower are not a warranty issue. This is not why I am not coming back to this store however. I'm not coming back because Armadale Mower World were providing me with false updates to this job, and because Armadale Mower World tried to return my mower to me in pieces on the 2nd of December. EDIT: To elaborate, this is also why I gave the one star review. My one star review has nothing to do with my mower being rejected for warranty repairs.To give Armadale Mower World credit, they did provide me with a loan mower halfway through this job, and they did return my mower to me today (20/12) fully reassembled after I told them to put my mower back together on the 2nd of December. Having said that however, I think we are done.

Found them helpful it was a still but the guy behind the counter helped me find the the screw to adjust to put more oil.I didn't think that service still existed in these times

Great service, the salesperson took time to select the right tools. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable people who are really helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy garden tools.

My son (14) runs his own lawnmowing and gardening business in a small country town. He recently purchased an early 90s model ride on rover mower privately and we were hoping that a business would care enough to sell him some spare parts, blades and locate a catcher for him. Well we couldn't believe the first class service we received at Armadale Mower World, not only did they locate us a catcher, look up the old manuals to find the spare parts we needed but also spent the time to explain how to mow with the ride on effectively. This guy sold us maybe $50 of parts but imparted $100s of dollars of free advice. This is how you win a customer for life! There won't be another dollar spent on commercial lawnmowing equipment unless it's spent at Armadale Mower World. There are not many businesses that truly care about the customer like Armadale Mower World.

Great service... I had a minor fault with the on/off switch on a combination hedger/whipper I purchased from them. The shop rep said to bring it in... which I did. Had it resolved really quickly. Very happy with this business and their friendly/supportive attitude... brilliant.
