Courier service to Sri Lanka.. They do door to door delivery and take about one month. Usually every second month they have shipping date and busy time such as Xmas and new year they have frequent shipping schedules.

Poor experience.The two stars for delivering the boxes without anything missing.But can't say much good about the rest.Communication was nill. No BL no or an invoice given when the parcels were handed over. We were kept blind till suddenly the recevers in SL got a call out of the blue to say they are bringing a box.No consideration for people's availability, No checking if anyone would be home. We sent 3 boxes and all the three boxes had an issue with delivery.And when delivered they asked for Rs1000 for overweight boxes and we weighed the boxes before we handed them over and they weren't. But then money wasn't for all the boxes -money asked only when there was a female receiver. Opportunistic. It's not about the money, but all these could have been communicated before hand.The communication and the customer service is nill. Reliability nill. peace of mind nill. professionalism nill.We went with them because it was cheeper but now we know why...So if you are going to send boxes to SL please look elsewhere.Nexus - please put a good system for communication and customer service. If you have to, charge more. Don't take people for a ride....

Best company for shipping cargo to Sri Lanka. Much quicker than the other companies. 4-6 weeks max. And complete tracking. They also have very reasonable pricing in comparison to what’s out there and made everything easy by picking up and delivering straight to my family’s door. They also gave me great advice on how to make sure I pack well so nothings gets damaged by government customs. Great customer service!

Their door-to door service is very efficient and reliable. I received my sea cargo including a TV and other fragile items in tact. Kalyana's personal attention and monitoring throughout from the point of handing over until delivering to door step is greatly appreciable. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. THE WORST EVER.I handed over my package from Sydney on 09th November which was full of gifts for Christmas and New Year. I requested the door to door service and I was promised that the package would reach Colombo between 15th – 18th December.I was waiting for an update till 20th December and no one got back to me. Then I tried to contact the Australian point of contact. Phoned him over 25 times but never picked up the phone. Then left WhatsApp & Viber messages and an email too. But he had no ethics to get back to me. I realized he was purposely ignoring my calls, messages and emails.Then after a lengthy process, I found the team in Sri Lanka handling the cargo and delivery. Tried 3 numbers and it was so annoying all three are giving updates which are contradictory to each other. It was just to get rid of the question “where is the package & what happened to it?”. They were giving so many misleading information and promised delivery dates which were never achieved.Sadly, they did not deliver my package by the Christmas, and I had no gifts to present my family and relatives. Then I was expecting it at least by New Year and they did not meet that deadline even. I had to call the Sri Lankan team more than another 25 times, and they were also same as the Australian contact point. Never answered or got back to my calls.Finally, after so much stress and effort, I managed to talk to someone who claimed him as the warehouse manager. He promised the delivery on same night, but was delivered after 3 days.When the box reached the destination, it was very much damaged. Gifts, food items and shampoos inside were damaged due to poor handling. But funnily they charged me additional LKR 2000/= (although by the time I handed over it was told the fee is for door-to-door service).This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and never recommend the service to anyone. Do not waste your time and money with this bogus cargo agency.I wish there was the option of zero out of five rating. It was horrible.

I have dealt with several other cargo companies and never had issues. Used this mob only because I missed the cutoff date of another company which I regularly use. This is the worst experience dealing with a cargo company. There's no communication, no way to track, full of lies, rude staff and false promises. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company at all cost.

No response, very bad customer service and takes too long(its been more than two month but still did not receive the goods) very poor Service i must say.

Very clear information on the process on how to ship a carton to Sri Lanka. Box picked up as scheduled. Custom-cleared and delivered to the consignee's address without any issues. Excellent service which we're happy to use again!
