I wanted to say thankyou" to the men who shifted all my junk on the 2nd of November.They worked very diligently and fast...I was so impressed and they were easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with them.They loaded and unloaded and not a single scratch on anything.They made a hard job seem much easier and everything went smoothly"

Well it was either a bad day or maybe the pressures of the festive season but the leading hand on this job needlessly greeted me with aggression and bad attitude as soon as he got out of the truck. Unfortunately recovery was impossible from this point. His disrespectful and unfriendly attitude remained all through the day even to the point where our furniture was not handled (by him) with the best of care. To top it off, a call to his boss resulted in even more disrespect and discourtesy and even threats, insinuating I falsely advised the quantity of furniture and boxes resulting in him arranging a smaller truck and threatening to take our furniture away when I frustratingly asked him why should I pay for this shambles. He stated he had a lot of power" and that I was making it difficult! Luckily the second guy his offsider and then the third guy enlisted to help were totally the opposite and provided a friendly and professional service you would expect. If there was another redeeming factor

I have used Tim's removals twice now, sunny coast to Gympie and Gympie to Inglewood and both times the boys have been efficient, great care taken when moving and packing the truck and went the extra mile to help get stuff in place. excellent value and would highly recommend without hesitation. I recently had 3 of Tim's team members move my furniture. They were so careful with all of our belongings, wrapping every piece of furniture. They were very courteous, professional and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
