I have attended a few meditation clases and sessions at Whole Heart & Hands.Jeremy is a great host and I enjoy his varied meditation experiences.As a newbie I am still learing and Jeremy has been a wonderful teacher. He has walked me gently through a number of practices from a simple beath-focused meditation to having my chakras chanted through - a suprising experience for me as a Christian pastor!!The meditation sessions are free but a donation is appreciated. The classes are 'no experience necessary' but there are a few regulars in attendance when I have been.Jeremy also organises labarynthine experiences on the beach from time to time too.You can find him on Facebook.
