The staff are very customer service oriented. I was looking for a particular item which wasn't on the shelf. A staff member, Barrie had a look to see if the item was in store. I think she might be the manager. She advised me about the item, the whole process was efficient and friendly.

So your website says you shut at 6pm on a Thursday night. However, we arrived at 5.25pm were told as we approached the store to be quick, you have 2 minutes. Not great customer service!

A fabulous one stop shop that not only rivals local hardware stores but is great value. Not quite the full hardware range but for basics it's excellent. Friendly staff who are always happy to help.

Out of Pepsi Max again. Don't know if any out back until lemonade and other flavors are sold. Asking the kids serving is no good. They don't know anything? A sign left on the shelf would help the customers know when to come back. Cheers
