Custom made healthy food..alot healthier than most but I still follow my in moderation rule". If your watching your weight ask the staff to take out most of the fluffy soft bread inside your bun and avoid some of the cream based sauces plus no salt! I don't recommend their treats and desserts a salad and a bottle of water is perfect but that's me. Pricing is a tad more expensive than fast food joints but at Subway

Worst experience I've ever had at a subway. Asked for cheesy garlic toastie and they gave me ultimate, not even cut in half, just wrapped up together like a regular sub so all the cheese melted to one side. No stickers on the subs and poorly wrapped so they fell out of the packaging. Cookies were burnt and there was very little herbs and seeds placed on the breads. Seems to me like management is trying to save money by being stingy.

Manager or what ever she is was an absolute cow to her staff. A Poor staff member was learning and the manager was being so rude to her in front of customers. People learn at different speeds and she made her feel so little. Made me feel uncomfortable and felt sorry for the employee.

Why does this Subway keep employing teenages with no brain power? Did they get rejected for a job at Mcdonalds so the end up here? Every single employee at Corrimal Subway acts like the salad comes out of their pay and can't comprehend a simple veggie delight order. Asked for spinich and the simpleton litterally put two piece on, I had to ask her 6 times for more. So painful, won't be back.

I don’t normally write bad reviews because I know what it’s like to own a business and sometimes people make mistakes and that’s ok but it’s the way you handle the customers after you have made the mistake that really matters. First of all when I walked in, i was completely ignored by one of the girls until what looked like her manger told her to serve me. I understand being in the middle of something but atleast greet me instead of keeping your head down. I and ordered 5 quesadillas and the lady put them in the bag and I payed and left. After I got home I saw that she only put 3 in my bag and I payed for 5. When I called to tell them this she said there’s nothing they can do and that I left too early while the other ones were cooking. She said thank you and gave me my bag insinuating that I could leave, so I didn’t “leave too early” when she put the manager on the phone I was told that next time I come in I can have the 2 quesadillas for free. We ended up coming to some sort of a solution but they never said “sorry about this we will sort it out for you” so rude and non apologetic over the phone and just really negative vibes all round. No smiles no “how you going?” When I first walked in.

Don't use a delivery service, ordered 3 times and they stuffed up with more severity. Each time I ordered I was in isolation (trying to feed the kid something other than chips) so no way of getting a refund or order correction as you have to physically go into the store. Staff are not helpful on the phone, you have to give them direction and then they say they'll pass details on to manager (who is apparently never there). Manager" never calls back. Safe to say I've learnt my lesson."

Food is alway fresh and staff are friendly. Staff need to ask customers if they have the new Subcard. I have been there twice now. They haven’t asked. I scan it but they have already pressed the payment button, the scan hasn’t registered and I have not received the subcard rewards. Staff need to be more aware of the programs within subway.
