Everything about Wholehearted Yoga is so beautiful! The website design, the way Eliza writes about her business and services, the yoga space, the decor, the big picture window looking out to a beautiful garden and the yoga experience that she creates.

Wholehearted Yoga Buderim
Wholehearted Yoga lives up to its name, truly the best heart filling experience of Yin Yoga I have had! Eliza has a beautiful space in Buderim with a small class size that enables her to offer a very unique yoga class, with a foot wash at the start and head massage and crystal bowls at the end. The entire class can be done with eyes closed to really go deep into your own process. I always leave the class feeling relaxed and restored. I attend Monday and Thursday nights Yin Yoga and can highly recommend these classes for anyone looking to slow down and connect within.

Wholehearted Yoga Buderim
This yoga studio is so warm and welcoming. During the evening classes, the smell of relaxing essential oils wafts, fairy lights twinkle as soothing music is played. Eliza is such a beautiful and gentle yoga teacher who guides and encourages to explore our own limits. I look forward to my sessions with Eliza as this is such a joy in my weekly routine.
