I had an amazing experience here with Candice styling my hair. I had walked in with a style in mind that turned out to be incompatible with my hair type. Candice took the time to explain the cut and genuinely listened to my wants to create a style that I loved even more than the original idea! This is the first time I've walked out of a salon being 100% satisfied with my cut and feeling super confident and amazing.

I had my hairstyling done here for my wedding. I had a trial and it was fantastic! The lady who did my trial was very detail orientated and made sure I was happy, the style lasted into the next day.On my wedding day, I had a very young girl come up to me and she let me know she was doing my hair that day. I corrected her and said this is my wedding day and i had my trial with someone else/a different hairdresser.It appeared as though they had double booked my wedding hair. The hairdresser I had my trial with ended up looking after me, which I was grateful for but no one was honest with me and I had to sit and wait while they figured out scheduling. It was a very rushed appointment (as her original clients were arriving while she was in the middle of her appointment with me) my hair ended up being awful. I asked to have it washed and she said there wasn’t enough time. There was barely any product used and it fell out almost immediately. I think it came down to rushing and not being as detail oriented as she was in the trial.The hairdresser was lovely, and the trial was great. However the hiccup on my wedding day resulted in me looking unpolished and I am having my wedding photos redone/reshot as the result of my hair.. I would not recommend getting wedding hair done here.

I had Allanah and my hair turned out better than I could of expected! Looked shiny and felt so soft when I left!

An absolute joke!!!!!! Just sheer greed!!!They only removed gel off my nails in a 40 minute appointment (NO new gel applied) and wanted to charge $90!!!!!! Absolute highway robbery. I questioned it and then they charged $50. Still a ridiculous amount to have gel removed but I paid and left. Technician was very sweet but will never support this salon again.

If I could give this salon more stars I would. I had to bring my son into the salon in order to get my hair done and all of the girls were so accommodating especially Rezare who was so patient when I needed to tend to my son throughout my appointment. I left loving my new blonde hair!Good hairdressers are worth it but good service you can’t put a price on, will definitely be returning x

They have an apprentice named Catisha Hopper she posts looking for models but then ignored my post to be a model. Sent her a private message asking why and was ignored again and threatening a message from assuming boyfriend (Jonathan) not professional at all know modles are chosen on suitability and might not have got selected but just to ignore is bad business sense. Know this was just a free treatment but planned to buy other services as was going out there potential customer lostDaniel

As a Sanctuary Cove resident, i always try and support our community and have had 2 facials now through a voucher i was also given for my birthday earlier this year. My facial felt rushed, i found the beautician cold, border line rude and that i was almost putting her out. Facials are meant to be relaxing and enjoyable - it was nothing of the like. I will not be returning.

Since I got my hair cut by Mell I have not stopped getting comments on how good my hair looks, everyone has been saying how well it suits me and makes me look younger even! Thanks Mell, will be back ❤️

I came in to be Catisha’s model for a layered cut after I had it done elsewhere and it was a bit messy. Catisha did a wonderful job tidying and evening my hair up. She also gave me an amazing head massage! 11/10!!I would highly recommend this studio.
