Prouds the Jewellers Seven Hills

My wife and I took her precious engagement ring to Prouds at Seven Hills on a Sunday as it needed to be resized. The salesperson advised that the ring would be sent out for resizing and would be back in 4 days on Thursday.On the Thursday, my wife called to ask if the ring was ready. and was told it wasn't back as yet. She then called the following day (Friday) and was told it would probably be there on Monday. By this stage my wife was not very impressed and felt she was being lied to.She then called on the Monday (as no-one had bothered to contact her) and was advised that her ring was ready to be collected.10 minutes later they called back and advised her that her ring had been misplaced and put into the wrong drawer and was yet to be sent off to the jeweller.(She was advised that her ring would be placed in a safe) In other words instead of sending her ring to be resized they had misplaced it and obviously had no idea where it was. My wife was furious and told them she would be at the store shortly to collect her ring.She was told that she was not able to as the work had not been done. Needless to say she collected the ring and took her business elsewhere to a more reputable jeweller.Not good customer service - highly incompetent.User's recommendation: Beware!!

Poor customer service experience.The customer service lady is unfit for the role. Discriminating service.
