Unfortunately, a very very bad service even as a recommended shop. I went 5 times back to get my two cushions done just a cover replacement with expensive fabric. She said that will be an easy work because of her experiences in that. After all and at my last visit and still both cushions looks totally different in sizes she doesn't want to fix it because she cannot get money out but I already have paid for the full service. Now I found another place closer to home and this guy could fix it immediately. There are better companies are around you, for sure!

I’ve been looked after by Elissa for the last 5 years.Elissa is so good at her craft I travel all the way from the Eastern Suburbs.Her attention to detail is exceptional and she is the best in her field. I wouldn’t travel so far if that wasn’t the case.Elissa is a beautiful person that takes pride in every alteration she starts and finishes.I recommend if you have an alteration that needs to be completed look no further than Elissa.

Poor alteration and horrible service. I had to take my clothing to another seamstress to fix up and get it done properly.

My whole family has been visiting Ellissa for many years and she always does such a fantastic job in a short time frame. She will always help when you need an emergancy job and will fix on the spot while you wait. Could not recommend her more - definitely 5 star service!
