Wait times are way way too long. No warning when you walk in if wait time. Feels like people walking out 30 mins after bloods taken. Not sure why it takes so long. Posting from the waiting room been here 1 hour 30mins already.

Rachel was extremely rude during the blood draw. She didn’t look at me whilst talking. Treated me like I was dumb. Was extremely rude to the lovely trainee that was taking my blood. When the trainee had her back to Rachel she pulled a face to another staff member. I also observed Rachel pulling faces at patient names / referral forms whilst waiting in the waiting area. Overall super disgusted at the treatment of not only myself but the other patients and the trainee. Also waited over an hour to be seen.

Paula from Cringila is amazing at her job! Very efficient and professional. She always makes myself and my family feel at ease before getting any tests done! Nothing is too much for her and she should be recognised for all of her hard work and dedication she puts in daily! She is always smiling whenever I go in and it’s the only place I’m most comfortable getting any tests done!

My GP never gets the results has to call them to have results every single time. I tried to call to solve the issue and the rude person who answered the call hang up on me as soon as I explained the issue.

Was told my test would be bulk billed, a week or two later I got a bill in the mail for over $100. Called to discuss this and query why I was being charged when I was told it was bulk billed, receptionist was very rude. Constant reminders for payment to my phone & address after calling to tell them it was being disputed with fair trading. Now they have sent debt collectors. Do not recommend.

My parents are going overseas and was doing an international travel Covid test. I called the centre for an urgent report. Julie has helped us to get the report within 3 hours. We’re impressed!! Thank you Julie.

If 0 stars were possible I’d be submitting that. Terrible service both times I have been here. One person working and the other two walking around doing nothing…captive market because of the DRs in the same building. Would not recommend coming here.

Butchered both arms taking blood. Both bruised She forgot to get a consent form from my wife. Next day, Saturday, they rang us just before closing to tell her she had to come in again on Monday but could go to the front of queue. Arrived. Said we had to get in the queue and wait over an hour AGAIN.ALL Because of one woman's neglect. Operation due next day Tuesday.
