Crystal is such a beautiful nail technician, she has a great eye for detail and pays attention to what you really need and ask for.

From the moment we walked through the door, the staff rolled their eyes and it was clear they were already in a bad mood.After introducing ourselves and sitting down getting prepared to get our manicures, there was a little bit of miscommunication of what was included and not included in the manicure, which we then decided to skip the nails and just go straight to the tans we had also booked for.When asked if we could just skip the nails the staff was very rude and inconsiderate, rolling eyes, raising their voices at us, and making us feel stupid were just some of the things we experienced while visiting the Bronzing On Macleay.After a long heated discussion about not wanting the nails done due to changing our minds we proceeded to have our tans done, tans look amazing by the way!As we come back out into the main lounge area to pay they proceeded to charge us $40 each for a “manicure” all they had done before we backed out was a light file of half a hand. In result the Manager came and helped us out, was very helpful and polite.On the other hand the staff were very rude, inconsiderate, impatient, judgmental and overall disgusting behaviour. Very unprofessional and will certainly never be attending their services again!!!UPDATE !!After 3 hours of leaving this venue, after leaving my review of my own experience in this business, apparently they did not like it and called me and abused me over the phone for my review. I tried be polite and explaining how i was just being honest and didn’t like how we were treated during our time there. Continuing to yell at me calling me “mate” she finally hangs up the phone.I advise not to waste your time and money there…not happy

I had a spray tan for my Hens party. I tan at home once or twice a week, and this was quite a treat to get a spray tan for my special occasion. Not only was the tan $60+(!!) (more than double what I recall paying last time I got a spray tan), but the tan literally peeled off my body like flakes. I've never, ever experienced this and have used many different tans over the years. It was a shocking, patchy result after only 3-4 days. The worst part, I couldn't even it out and remove the remaining stuck on tanned blotches through any amount of scrubbing for around 2 weeks.

Best Tan in Sydney, and their treatments are brilliant too. Ive found that they are spot on in terms of colour not only for tans but for brows and lash tint/shaping. The tan lasts, smells great and washes with a natural look. Love this place!

Brilliant boutique establishment, not usually one to go in for a treatment but Chanel and the team provided a comfortable experience. Accessible and easy menu options - terrific facial! Will be back!

I have been going to Bronzing on Macleay now for almost a year. This is now my go to place for nails and eye brows!The quality & detail is amazing and I leave every time very happy. I look forward to going there, relaxing & getting pampered by the girls. Chanel has done a fantastic job! xxx

Will never return here!! Went for a Brazilian and full leg wax. Firstly, the staff member had headphones in listening to talking (podcast? Talkback radio?). Either way, in a customer service role, this is really rude. Then the wax!!! I’ve been waxing 20+ years and I’ve never had this much pain. I had told the girl I was doing on my first holiday in 5 years which was the reason I was getting waxed. She was so rough, she caused a massive haematoma on the back of my knew and it hurt BADLY! But she didn’t even point it out or apologise. I had to see it in the mirror when I was getting dressed. Then when I went out and complained, she just told me how much I owe. No apology. Absolutely deplorable and I will never go back!!!

Chanel and her team are absolutely amazing! Never a fuss to get in or change your appointments around and they are always on time and quick.A beautiful relaxing salon that is actually a nice, calm experience to attend and very talented ladies.

Nice service but outrageously expensive. At every other salon I’ve ever been to for a brow lamination, the shaping is included in the cost. Here they charge you separately for a brow shape and brow lamination, total cost is $175, at least $50 more than it should be.
