I have a membership for my dad, who lives alone on a houseboat 1 hour away from me. It's comforting to know that not only are his medical conditions available when needed, but that my contact information is readily available as well. This is the same reason I have my own membership - so my emergency contact can be contacted should there be a need. It's reassuring.

MedicAlert is a brilliant service the identification discs are designed for use when you can't speak for yourself. It holds all your medical information and identification. I've worn a MedicAlert bracelet since I was 16, I'm now 50 and it has helped me a number of times....I RECOMMEND THAT YOU GET ONE FOR PEACE OF MIMD

From the time I rang Medic Alert to the time I received my bracelet I was treated with Respect, Courtesy and Friendliness. Everything was explained to me in understandable language. and I recommend them to anyone who wants their life saved. My wife has a bracelet as well. I have had a MedicAlert membership for 33 years since being diagnosed as type 1 diabetic as a young child. MedicAlert has been so important to me as it has all my medical records and has helped when I have needed emergency care. I wouldn't go without it. Plus they give you documents for the fridge and wallet in case you ever need it in a bad situation. Very handy

Having had two episodes of anaphylaxis under anaesthetic the MedicAlert Foundation holds information on file linked to my bracelet number, vital to my health. The only time I don't wear my bracelet is in the shower otherwise it provides peace of mind wherever I am.

I don't know why l pay for a bracelet & then an additional annual fee? I have had to visits to hospital but have had to tell them about medication & there has been nowhere for them to access details or any support. Don't know what it is l pay for?

I had a kidney transplant 46 years ago. I can't remember what year I ordered my MedicAlert bracelet but I would not be without it. It is a very important part of me, as the information on it tells the emergency team everything they need to keep me safe.

Having a MedicAlert bracelet gives me confidence if anything should happen I have a safeguard. Also great to keep ones prescriptions up to date for the information of medical staff should an incident occur.

I’ve been a MedicAlert member for many years now, and it’s helped me out several times when assistance was needed due to my medical condition. Having my MedicAlert ID number on my wrist bracelet and wallet card made it easy for ambulance paramedics to identify what was the likely cause of my collapses, and to find out what medications I was taking. Medications I needed to continue taking while recovering.

I have been a member for many years and never needed my bracelet until I was in South Africa a few years ago and was taken ill. Although I was able to communicate with the doctors it was extremely helpful to themto see my bracelet with details of my medical conditions but also reassuring for me. I would recommend MedicAlert to anyone with a medical condition as it gives peace of mind.
