I ordered a full length floor mirror from Future Glass a couple of weeks ago and asked if l could collect that day. The customer service team were outstanding and so helpful. I was able to collect my mirror within 2 hours from their warehouse. Will definitely buy from here again!

EASILY my favourite mirror I’ve ever had.I purchased a huge arch mirror from future glass with a black frame and it compliments my contemporary home in the most beautiful way. It makes our space feel so much bigger and gives it such a modern feel.As for quality, I couldn’t recommend the product more highly.Customer service and assistance with this business has also been a dream. They arranged shipping to send this HUGE (over 2m tall!) mirror all the way to the Gold Coast from Melbourne, in the most perfect condition.Very friendly customer service.All round my experience with Future Glass has been a dream.

Said 2-3 days for delivery when purchasing. Took 10days to even leave the warehouse and shipping is estimated to take a week. Customer service person was super rude and was only shipped because I followed up.

Awesome company. Product is fantastic quality, they had no issue with me returning some mirrors I didn’t need, I purchased some more later on during our demo again as they were just so helpful. Everyone I have dealt with there was polite and very friendly! It’s sad that service like this isn’t something you some along often. I have recommended them to a lot of trades I know and will shop with them again

Ordered a mirror. No updates after a month. No response to attempts to contact. No phone number. No option to cancel pending order.Update:Mirror did eventually arrive, and was quite nice.
