I've been coming here for over 5 years. Absolutely amazing customer service, super friendly staff who always go the extra mile to help out and make sure you enjoy the most out of your day! In particular, Anoma has been there even longer than I have been coming. She is the bike hire lady who always has a smile on her face and is full of good humor and friendly assistance. Outstanding service. Best place to hire bikes in Sydney.

Hired bikes on a Saturday. The process to hire a bike was simple and straightforward, just fill out a few details on a form, bring ur ID! We hired bikes for 1-2 hours and rode around Bicentennial Park. There are many different routes to follow, so it was a nice way to get around the park and see the views. I would come back again.

Great bikes, good location, great service.Everything is sanitized, all safety precautions are well adhered to.Olympic Park is just massive you can start exploring on your bike and at times it can feel like you have left Sydney.Prices are reasonable and bikes are just amazing as well. I recommend the hybrid road bike with 21 gear combos.

Excellent. Very friendly service . Really easy to hire a bike from these guys. Minimal fuss and paperwork required.The bike I hired was modern and well maintained. Plenty of bike paths around the precinct and a great way to spend a few hours. Would do this again.It was only $10 / hour for a regular bike.Note : if you go by train. Would be so much closer if you get off at concord West station and walk from there. Rather than get off at olympic park stations.But google map always guide you to get off at olympic park for some reason (if you come from city.)

This place is amazing you get to rent top quality bikes to explore the many bike trails along the river. We were served by Anoma who guided us properly and provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend renting a bike from this place and exploring the park.

We had a wonderful and a memorable experience. Ms. Anoma was extremely nice and accomodating, and she voluntarily gave us a few instructions as it was our first time hiring bikes, which really came in handy during the ride. The bikes we hired were also in good condition. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a bike to hire to enjoy the breathtaking views of olympic park.
