Camelot Child Care Centre

My 2 children have attended this centre for 5 years and still attending. My boy from birth and daughter since pre-school. The staff have always been there to help when needed and have been on this journey with me. They are very caring towards my kids and are easy to talk to. I would never consider taking them to another centre.

Walked in several times to an older child bullying the younger ones quite badly, some staff don't supervise adequately and are genuinely uncaring towards the children when they get hurt or are sad. Worst centre I've ever used or come across In my lifetime, my son cried every time I came to pick him up because he was so relieved to see me, when I walked in on a much older girl pushing my 2 year old to the ground and taking his dummy/ blanket off him I never let him return, I wrote a concerned email about the incident as this bully was known to staff yet received no reply, I saw her do this to other young children with no interference from staff. Truly disgusting!

If you care about your children do not send to this daycare centre. Zero supervision, care or love. Absolutely devastating.

My girls love Camelot, they have been coming here for almost four years and the girls have made some beautiful friendships. The teachers are so lovely and Kylie the director is very welcoming and helpful.

Children here are not always supervised, When my son attended here I often saw younger kids that were crying on their own and left to sit there with no one paying attention! One boy was new and I witnessed him throw up his food several times screaming in hysterics for his mother, he was still there a few hours later and I was surprised his mum hadn’t been informed?! He hasn’t settled down either but was still crying badly.I know kids get upset on the first day in an unknown environment but the scene I witnessed was like something out of the ‘exorcism’ movie. This childcare has scarred me for life in ever trusting a stranger with my child again. He won’t be going anywhere until he starts school!
