I rang roberto this morning, he was here within the hour he was honest with what the problem was and had my fridge fixed in 30 min.Very trustworthy and an ecxeptional tradesman

I call him out as my fridge was not cooling or freezing and it was urgent . He was more than helpful and came out late afternoon and identified the problem and was able to fix it . He was very polite and explained the problems and even came out the next afternoon to check on it to make sure it was working .The fridge and freezer is working again . Thank you I would recommend him to anyone looking for fridge repairs

I've used Fresh Refrigeration twice in the last month. The first time was for a maintenance call on an ice machine. I was impressed with the response time, quality of the work (including providing options/solutions for the issues i was having) and also follow up to ensure that it was working correctly after the service. When my service fridge broke down recently, I called Roberto immediately and was just as impressed with the speed of service and quality of the work.

I called to enquire about a repair for a residential fridge. The owner was rude, condescending and unhelpful. He asked me to send him a follow up video of the fridge and then failed to ever respond to it once sent. How is anyone supposed to use a service that won’t respond to customer enquiries?Edit to respond to owner: I understand you’re not a call centre. What you are is a fridge repair service where one must call to schedule a repair. I called at 10 am on 26 Feb and followed up with several messages at 4 pm that day as per your instructions - the fact that you don’t have a record of this is indicative of the problem at hand as you failed to respond to my legitimate customer enquiry. What you did say on the phone is that I should’ve bought my fridge from somewhere I could have left a review rather than on gumtree, which was such helpful advice when all I needed was a working fridge, so I’m taking the opportunity to do that here instead. Best of luck.Edit to respond again: I never had a technician check my fridge, that's quite literally why I called you. You never got back to me after multiple calls and texts on my end. Why are you wasting your time following up a bad review from two years ago? If you spent more time working on your business instead of trying to trash people on Google who you failed to help, you'd have better reviews.

Rob responded quickly to a crisis with our home fridge shorting out. He worked out the problem and carried out the repairs and our fridge was working again within a couple of hours. Very happy to recommend this service.

Roberto is great and responsive. I called him on a Sat and had my home fridge fixed within the same day. He even kept me updated on his ETA and he did a very thorough job. Roberto is honest, responsive and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Very professional service. They investigated the issue with my freezer and identified a broken part. The manufacturer didn't provide more parts for my model so they continued investigating and had they electrician fix the part for us, otherwise we would have had to buy a new freezer.

When your fridge breaks down you must call Roberto. Great bloke, honest, great quality workmanship, really understanding, covid compliant. Couldn't fix it in one day, went out of his way to source spare parts and came back to finish the job. He takes pride in what he does and gives honest opinions! Highly recommend!

Great service, I messaged Roberto and he came the next day - fixed my home fridge which had a leak due to blockage of the freezer drainage tubes. Rob even corrected the opening of the tube so that the blockage won't happen again. Very honest, responsive and reasonably priced - I recommend using this service!
