The team was very helpful throughout the entire process, and very thoughtful whenever I had any questions while using their services for 5 consecutive months. The facility is clean, safe and well preserved, and my items were definitely in good hands. I'd definitely recommend them and would absolutely use this service again!

Be aware this company has hidden charges that they will not disclose upfront.Their customer service does not exist, they are rude and don’t care. Total stickup merchants. They broke items and didn’t care and became abusive when questioned.Do not use. Be aware.

At the time our goods were removed from storage, the same top-notch service was provided. When they were here, the removal crew was careful and efficient

One bedroom apartment into a two bedroom over a short distance. The guys arrived 10 minutes early and were great throughout the process, making sure that everything was wrapped up and taken care of which I really appreciated. The access to my new building was quite tricky and time consuming but they managed it beautifully and made the whole process much less stressful than previous experiences. I would certainly use them again!
