My usual dentist is Dr. Mei but after suffering with toothache I saw Dr. Maggie. She was very gentle and explained everything to put me at ease. Reception staff are efficient and friendly. Highly recommend One Dental.

Dr Ian is a very nice person and really professional. Nurses are nice and patient.

Dr Deanna was extremely kind, patient and explained everything to me, encouraged me to go home and have a think about further procedures instead of pressuring me to book in on the day. Reception staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Highly recommend

I have no words to express how grateful I am to the team at One Dental- the dentists, receptionists and dental nurses. I highly recommend them. I have been a patient there for years and will never change.I would like acknowledge and thank Heidi who is professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond her duties as a receptionist. Additionally, No matter what, Heidi always lifts my spirits when I leave.My dentists Dr Ray and Dr Soheila are absolutely incredible. Gentle, professional, kind, and understanding. I have required major dental treatment and they truely have performed miracles on my teeth. I don’t know where I would be without them.I highly recommend One Dental- the team is professional, caring and you will be treated amazingly.

Such a bad. the staff is so rude and impolite. They attributed their fault to customer. Please be careful not to experience a bad feeling.

Booking and the appointment itself were hassle-free. Dr Zhou got straight to the problem during the appointment on Friday, providing prompt service. Reception staff were also helpful in sorting out payment and with follow-up (as I needed to book a consultation with an oral surgeon that they recommended). Would definitely come back

I have been a patient of One Dental for several years now. My family all have our dental work done here, and so far all our experience have been very positive. It gives us piece of mind as dental work sometimes can be stressful. Bonus is staff are friendly.

I rang the surgery today, to confirm a Sat appointment that I made six months ago. I was really disappointed to find out that not only is the surgery is closed on Sat, but that no alternative appointment has been booked. The receptionist was apologetic but could not provide an explanation of what happened.I am a long term patient and have always booked my appointments six months in advance at the surgery, immediately after my examinations.Unfortunately since Dr. Anna left I have had several dental and hygenist appointments cancelled, without notice.

Absolutely fantastic Dental Clinic. I have had a fair bit of work done at this clinic and the Dentists do a fantastic job every time. The front office ladies are so kind and helpful, Highly recommend this clinic!
