Very satisfied with my first visit. Great and fast service from the girls, very careful shellac removal, with no damage to my nails. They have an extensive selection of colours as well.

Went to get my lash done. Had prebooked a week ago. Paid $110 for my classic lashes. She made me wait 40 minutes even though i got there on time. She said only 2 mins for at least 25 minutes. At one point, i said- if you cant fit me in- i am happy to come some other day because I had things to do.Even after all that, i came home with lumpy lashes and tiny thread of cotton all over my lashes. Clumpy glue residue turned hard pulling my lashes down and causing a lot of pain. One week passed by and lashes are falling down due to irritation.Never going back.

The worst experience I've ever had.Staff was unpleasant and unprofessional.For me, this is the worst pedicure I've ever had.my nails look awful after I did pedicure.The lady had no idea how to manicure the nails, and the nail paint was done incorrectly as well.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely ladies but not the best nail job. I got a Mani with shellac and the nails are different shapes, my little toe barely as anything on it!

a fantastic and relaxing pedicure, and a great job with my infills. not rushed and a very professional job on both. friendly staff - highly recommended. this has become my new favourite nail salon!

i went to remove my tip on shellac nails and the lady didnt know what she was doing. the experience was painful and she even removed some of my natural nails and there is red spots.and the fellow workers didnt take over when they knew she wasnt doing it right.never going again felt like going in the middle of the servicee

WORST EVER THE GIRL WHO DID MY NAILS KEEPT SHOUTING AT ME AND MAKE MY NAILS UGLY. They felt burning the shapes was horrible I left in tears and upset and over charged. Hygiene issue, horrible customer service and overpriced and not professional. Never go there they don’t know how to do their job I will remove it straight way in another salon. NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE

Appalling service. Lied about the price on the phone, charged me more when i went in. Opened up 10 minutes late not caring i had a 9.30 appointment. No apology. Not friendly. Left nail dust all over me and persisted to moisturise it into my skin! No hand massage for a $60 service. And a death stare when i mentioned i was giving them a Google review. I've had much better service and treatment elsewhere for a lot less cost. Would NOT recommend. Disappointed one of my rare pampering treatments was turned into a horrible experience.
