Although the office was very busy today we met the most pleasant woman Belinda who helped us with our applications today. We came out of the office with a weight lifted off our shoulders all thanks to Belinda. An amazing lady many thanks to you Belinda!

Mid morning Tuesday for a licence renewal - straight in, straight out and efficient service during the process. Very few customers so much less uncomfortable with unmasking for the photo than anticipated. Only one car spot available but that was all I needed

Absolutely 5 star service!Staff worked way past closing time to serve so many people including myself as my license expired today! Fastest efficient service. Clear instructions and so easy even though literally standing room only. Good on you guys and thank you so much! We appreciate you!!!

RENAE is a very awesome, kind and knowledgeable lady today she helped me a lot regarding my partner’s license as we were confused but she tried to make sure about our documents step by step she is very polite and won't get frustrated.

A very pleasant person who attended to me and my paperwork. The seating though, throughout is too crowded. Separate chairs are needed rather than bench lounge style of seating.

Even though it was very busy, the waiting time was not too atrocious at all.The security guard was very helpful to all clients who entered, making sure that they got the right ticket for their needs.And, the counter staffer that I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Went in a couple of weeks ago to renew my licence because I had to get a new photo taken - waited 45 minutes but you know what - if you want to complain about wait times, it’s actually the people that come into this place asking stupid questions, or they did the wrong thing and the customer service reps spend so much time explaining what they should have done and fixing their mistakes - even better when it could have been handled online - I spent that 45 minutes listening to every person having no clue how anything works, so yeah - it’s not them, it’s you guys.The guy who handled my licence renewal was lovely and we had a laugh about me putting off coming in for a photo for 10 years - was done in less than 5 minutes.

Terribly slow service. Waited nearly 1.5hrs for a driver's licence renewal that took <5mins to complete. There is limited seating. Recently got new number plates (same combination) and went in to return the old ones. The place was absolutely packed with people even waiting outside the door. Nowhere to drop off old number plates. How can they possibly expect people to have to wait 1-2 hours. Just unacceptable. I only now have to hand the old plates in but was told I need to take a ticket and wait. Who has that mount of time these days to wait so long?

I went to apply for the conversion of the international driver's license today. Thank you very much for the gentleman at the No. 6 counter who handled it for me. He solved my problem patiently and friendly. I hope you live a happy life and work smoothly. Thanks!
