I went in recently to have my hair bleached and what can I say other than this place is amazing. The service was fantastic and I felt very welcome and heard. Cant say thank you enough yo Anna, I went from dark brown to blond and I've been to other salons in previous years but this by far has been the best. An awesome friendly crew and a great atmosphere.Im excited to go back and im glad there are still people in trades like this who are super authentic and clearly still love what they do !Thank you !

I go to the training academy. Can't go past the $25 cut and blow dry

I go to the Academy next to Salon where I have my very difficult hair blow-dried weekly by the students, supervised by the teacher and cut every couple of months. I have been to many hairdressing schools around the country since 2008 and Francapelli do by far the best job I have encountered no matter which student does it. They often do a better job than the seniors in some of the top salons and at a fraction of the price. They charge $25 for a blow-dry which includes finishing with hot irons if you need it. If you want a cut it's still included in the $25 dollars as long as you book it in. I haven't personally had colour there but everyone I've seen have colour done was very happy. Apparently they are very good with all the blonde variants too. A couple of friends had blonde foils and were very pleased with the result.

Really lovely and attentive staff. The owners Frank and Anna are so warm and friendly. Zoultan is an amazing colourist and my two daughters had a wonderful experience having their first haircuts with Dom. I couldn’t recommend this salon more highly.

Good stylists, but best for more conservative hair styles.

Highly recommend Francapelli, they know what they're doing and will talk you through the process every step of the way. Simon is amazing, he coloured my hair to perfection and cuts your hair to work inline with your hair goals.Dom is also excellent and has been cutting my partners hair for years. Overall a very lovely warm and welcoming environment, if you're new to the area or looking at switching it up definitely book in with Francapelli.
