Yesterday I had ducted airconditioner fitted to my home. I rang and made an appointment to have an estimate of cost spike to Aaron. He came and was 10 minutes early. That's good as I am a retired company executive and very strict minded about being early for early for meetings.Aaron advised about the style of airconditioner to which I agreed. I had a time of 20/03 2021 for completion provided the price was good. Within 15minutes I had agreed to have the job done and was promised it would be done Monday 22/02/2021 which was 3 business days away. Wayne Josh James Brendan arrived early for the appointment. They are all very professional with pleasant attitude and a good sense of humor. They did a fantastic job. Giovanna was the person I dealt with in the office. What a fantastic attitude very friendly and professional above expectations.Warren your Customer satisfaction is well illustrated with everyone I have dealt with and you are congratulated and I send you my compliments.Anyone looking for an airconditioner would be doing themselves a serious disservice if they did not include these people when seeking this service

Very happy with the cleaning job just carried out on our 3 split system ACs. A thorough job was done and no mess left behind. WWR also supplied and installed our large Mitsubishi AC and did a great job there too.

Had the boys from Warren Ward install two air cons systems in my house yesterday. Outstanding job. The professionalism and courtesy displayed by the installation crew was first class. This is the second home I have Warren Ward install systems in my house and I would go no where else for the same service. Impressive all round. Great value as well on the Mitsubishi systems and the amount of work spent on installing them. And in regard to the comment made by Ruby Doomsday" on this site.....can you honestly and seriously believe that that is a real name? In my opinion a clear attempt to discredit this company and it's credibilty. Ignore it."

They performed a bio clean and service on our split system air conditioning units. I thought they were relatively clean but after their technician was done they were pristine! Very professional, polite and friendly technician, and their staff were easy to deal with to get the booking made. Highly recommended!

Greg is a true professional. He was on time ( after travelling hours to get to my rural property) knew the problem, diagnosed the possible causes, quickly took the machine apart to see if there were any other issues and called the manufacturer to confirm the repairs. He even checked in the next day to update me on getting parts. He’s what you want as a repairman.

Split system air con installed promptly and professionally by 2 young men. Very happy with the service, highly recommend!

I have used wards for the business for many years, they always come when there’s an emergency. They also do our regular maintenance and always let you know when they are coming. Had Greg in today, nice polite man.
