Batemans Bay Boxing Club
Dale's experience, knowledge and passion was evident from my very first session. Being a complete boxing beginner my initial motivation was for fitness but the challenge of learning correct technique has me hooked. Anyone looking for a work out with a difference physically and mentally in a friendly environment give Dale a call.

Batemans Bay Boxing Club
I was in Batemans Bay for a short period and managed to get one class in with Dale. He was great! My first ever proper boxing lesson (Only done boxing aerobic classes previousy) and really enjoyed it. He gave a lot of tips on technique and very informative!

Excellent boxing classes as well as PT sessions with Dale, for a few weeks as I was visiting the Bay. He has a high focus on technique to help us build good foundations for boxing. Highly recommend Dale's classes!

Batemans Bay Boxing Club
Dale has a passion for teaching boxing, kickboxing and martial arts. His 30 years experience in the fitness industry has given him a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of combat sports, physical fitness and human movement. He has a great ability in being able to explain everything clearly in a way that’s easy to understand and just makes sense. Id been boxing for years before I met Dale, and he’s taken my skills to the next level!!!

Batemans Bay Boxing Club is a great club for boxing technique , exercise and discipline.Dale always delivers his classes in a professional manner and is highly skilled and knowledgeable in what he does.My 15 year old has been attending for 2 years and loves everything the club offers. Highly recommended.
