Really pleased with my lip filler. Loved the fact that the Dr. was able to minimise the pain & bruising by using a new technique (worth asking about). Definitely intend to return to this clinic and would happily travel from Melbourne. At this clinic I feel like a person and was treated with care and respect. I have researched the products the clinic uses - I have found that these are of great quality and suited my aesthetic desires. My husband is all booked into Refresh Skin Clinic for Botox and hair removal! My Aunt attends this clinic and the Dr. has worked wonders on her crooked nose - smoothing it with filler. We are both really happy customers!

The difference that going to see Dr. Alfie at Refresh Skin Clinc has made to my confidence is beyond words. I was telling a friend how self conscious I felt at having several quite obvious brown blotches on my face and a lot of redness on and around my nose. I also had a strong vertical line right between my eyebrows. It was so pronounced that my friends often asked what was wrong, because they thought I was frowning, when I actually wasn’t.Anyway within the blink of an eye my gorgeous friend had the number to Refresh Skin keyed into my phone and encouraged there and then to make an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Alfie. So I did. That was several years ago now, and I remain ever grateful to my friend for inspiring me and for giving me the courage to go ahead .I am 62 years of age and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better and others have noticed how fresh my skin looks too. Dr Alfie is a lovely soul and boy is he a wealth of knowledge. He carefully explains every part of the treatment process and he loves it when I ask questions. The truth is Dr. Alfie and his partner Jo love what they do because they really care about people. They love making a difference, it matters so much to them the way their clients see themselves.I have since learned the terminology from Dr. Alfie for the line I use to have between my eyebrows is called a static line. Note I said, ‘the line I use to have’ because in Dr Alfie’s skilled hands with a little bit of help from Botox and Laser treatment. That line and the irregularities in my skin have been dispatched to history. In all sincerity, I can’t recommend Dr. Alfie at Refresh Skin Clinic highly enough. So do yourself a favour cause you deserve it…

I have been attending this clinic for over two years and I highly recommend the professional service from Dr Alfy, my husband has now started getting botox and he loves it! Great products for skincare also available, including the best retinol I've ever used.

I have been seeing Jo and Alfy at Refresh Skin Clinic for many months now on a regular basis. Every aspect of their service has been outstanding, from the very first email I sent Jo prior to treatment. I find their integrity and commitment impeccable, and they are both so genuinely interested and caring . My son who is six comes with me and is always embraced with such genuine warmth and affection . I feel totally safe having any treatment, from injectables to LED with them and so enjoy my visit!

I 100% trust Dr Alfie with my botox and fillers. He always takes his time to consult before any procedure and answer any question. I feel relaxed and cared for throughout. I am consistently happy with the results, which always look natural and smooth. Best injector in Bendigo by a mile! I have seen Jo for laser hair removal (loving no longer having to wax!). She's gorgeous, always with a smile. The clinic is immaculate. I walk out feeling pampered and fresh as a daisy!

I love going to jo and alfy at refresh skin clinic. Just knowing alfy is a registered GP is such reassurance that I’m getting the best advice and care. Alfy explains everything so carefully and won’t take chances with anything going wrong. Jo is gorgeous and follows up everything so reliably and she really knows her skin care. As a team they are one mighty duo. They provide such excellent care, advice and facilities. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been visiting Alfy at Refresh skin clinic in Bendigo for a couple of years now to have for both injectables and skin treatments. What attracted me to Alfys practice was knowing that because he is a doctor as a pose to a nurse i could put my full trust in him to complete my injectables personally without having to consult a doctor prior. Alfy and Jo are also very honest and accommodating and always work with me to fit me in for an appointment where i receive honest advice without them ever over selling a product or services to me. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of professionalism and quality of work i continue to receive from Refresh Skin clinic. I would not trust anyone else in Bendigo to complete the treatments and advice in which Alfy gives me.

Jo and Dr. Alfy at Refresh always make me feel welcome and are super accommodating when booking appointments. Dr. Alfy is so careful to consult with patients to achieve the result they're after. The aftercare advice provided is amazing, virtually round the clock! The clinic is immaculate, bright and fresh. I have clinics close to home but drive an hour to visit Refresh. 100% recommended.

The team at Refresh Skin Clinic are wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable towards my needs as a client. Not only do they fit me in for appointments with little notice, but take interest in my life and how I've been going since my last appointment. The clinic is beautifully set out as well as inviting!
