Booked booster shot online for 3:30 PM, popped in at 3:20 and was told to wait in the waiting area. Waited 30 mins till 4 PM, another group of people (which I guessed they booked at 4 PM) showed up. Then a woman walked into the room around 4:10, she called the name of those group of people who came after me first! Surprisingly the woman who gave the shot came out after she finished with those group of people then asking.. Oh! I saw you've been waiting for quite a while

I bought flu medication this afternoon and the moment I opened the pack to take the tablet I realised the medication was already expired on 01/22. This is so ridiculous . I went for exchange and got the one with date however we expect the medication we buy are supposed to be within the date. Please train your staffs to check the expiry date before keeping it in the shelves .

I had my Pfizer booster shot today, so easy to book in, there was an on line pre-screening form to fill in the day before, the staff where friendly and on time today and a post vaccination information was also emailed. I highly recommend the Hornsby store 10/10

My elderly mum is a regular customer here at this pharmacy and I can't visit her in her at the moment because of the lockdown. She called me in the morning very agitated that her medications were almost out and she was too nervous to leave the house. I called the pharmacy and organised a delivery of her regular medications plus a few other things that she wanted and within 2 hours had it delivered to mum's door step. I am so grateful for this free service and the pharmacist who I spoke to was so professional and lovely. Cheers to you TerryWhite Chemmart Hornsby. THANK YOU!!

I placed an order for a product for a non-verbal patient I attend by phone one Tuesday afternoon 4 weeks ago. I was advised that the product would arrive Thursday, Friday at the latest. When I visited the Pharmacy to pick up the product, no staff member was aware of the product order at all, however someone did recall speaking" to me on the phone. I was advised the Pharmacy would look into it

A great very personal Chemist. Very friendly staff - nothing too much trouble. A great selection of products and gifts. Do ear piercing too. Nice wide aisles for trolley and prams. Next door to Drs and Coles as well. So convenient. Happy to rate them :)

This is a great chemist. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They have an extensive range of your usual chemist products from various brands, including vitamins, OTC medications, sports straps, makeup, sunglasses etc. Obviously you can get scripts filled and I have found them to be quick and efficient. They have a great infants section which is staffed by a maternal child nurse on Tuesdays. You can weigh and measure your baby here anytime. They also have a great gift section. A medical center is also attached. Toilets are close by and it is wheelchair and pram accessible.
